The speed of response, their ability to adapt quickly as new products are introduced; they listen very well to our needs and have been able to deliver exactly what we need at prices that make sense for us. This has not always been easy given the global nature of the market but their team work together extremely efficiently with each other across multiple time zones to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. I would like to see more training available - it's hard to take advantage when you're working in remote locations. Consider all aspects of this project including cost, availability of skills/resources and timelines against your requirements. Support of the product being developed, implementing best practices into production systems.
