I love the sound quality and thanks to that and the noise canceling I didn't get instant fire alarm migraines at work. The retractable inserts are great and I love how the set folds up more compactly. Very neat (no strings hanging anywhere). That's right, a month later the neck part broke in half. There's a certain tension point that just didn't work out. I'm not too picky about BT headsets - I fold them neatly and even use a case (my old LGs were never so lucky). You can see the scissors up close. I looked at the construction and, since no wiring was visible, glued the pieces back onto the softer rubber (where they would fit into the grooves) so they wouldn't sting me as I don't have another pair and use my headset daily . It's a shame because I really liked these.
