The tool allows us to see all our contacts, leads and opportunities in one place which helps ensure that we are always up to date with what our customers need and want. This can be very time consuming as it takes some effort to gather this information from multiple sources but once you do get there is no turning back! My only dislike about conotate is that I wish we could export those reports into other applications such as Salesforce or Google Docs so they were more easily accessible for others within my team. We have been able to pull together all our contact details and create profiles for each of them allowing us to cross reference their current needs against ours.
