This is my 4th cold brew unit that I have bought in the last 2 years. This is by far the best. It is very easy to use (just pour coffee grounds into the central filter, add water and wait 12-24 hours). Cleaning is a breeze. Simply pull out the main filter when you're done brewing, throw away the ground coffee and rinse with water. Some of my favorite things: 1.) There are no grounds in my coffee. Even when using cheap store bought (Folgers) material. 2.) Brews enough coffee for two days (for one person), even if you drink a lot of coffee. 3.) The jug keeps well in the fridge. Tips: 1.) Slowly pour water over the ground coffee and let it soak completely. 2.) Use room temperature water. 3.) For a stronger drink, leave on the counter for a few hours before chilling. 4.) Once I take out the filter, add some water. 5.) Surprisingly tasty with whipped cream or halved!
