The ease of use of the software. The ability to train employees remotely and the ability to use video, audio and written directions to have a comprehensive training program. Some of the training material is outdated because it is from the 90s. There are some new additions that would be great to have such as an employee directory to have names of current employees. The ability to train team members remotely. The program is easy to use. The training guide that comes with it is comprehensive and thorough on how to train employees. The ability to have my work instructions available at any time. I also like that it is very user friendly and intuitive. Sometimes it can be hard to find what you are looking for but there are many helpful tutorials out there. I would say make sure you know how to use this software before purchasing because if you don't you may not get the most out of it. Having an all inclusive work instruction system has made my life so much easier. It makes my job as a teacher so much more efficient.
