Starling work instructions software Review

This is great for when I am out of my office or away from emailing people about how their job should be done! It allows me access almost anywhere while still being able help someone fix something at home that they are having trouble figuring it our themselves (I don't have an iPhone so this really comes handy because sometimes we need more info than what can fit into text!) The ease of use of the software. The ability to train employees remotely and the ability to use video, audio and written directions to have a comprehensive training program. I like that this is very user friendly. It's very quick and easy to learn how to use it. The features are great! Very simple to navigate. You can easily make modifications after you have put together your training materials. Nothing as of yet. Would love if they added more templates for different industries. The most helpful feature is being able to upload my own documents and images for use as examples of how I want things done. It's also nice that it allows me to add comments so if someone else does something differently or better than what I've shown them they can see that easily too. Sometimes when there are multiple people using the program at once it takes awhile before new changes show up compared to other programs where they're instantly visible. I like that it is very intuitive for new users as well as more experienced users - all aspects of work training are covered! It's not too difficult to use when looking at different types of documents. The only thing i dislike about starling is that there isn't an option to include attachments to our pdf files which we send out via mail or email. This would be great if this could be included so that people have access to them straightaway without needing someone else to check their emails first
