this ribbon is really nice and i liked this ribbon so i'm sorry i can't give a better review but. I bought it to wrap my Christmas presents. The colors were exactly what I wanted - bright red and spruce, cooler darker green (it's NOT blue - it's cool green). They appeared exactly as they did on my monitor. The ribbon was sewn and well packaged. But as with some "natural" materials like burlap/jute, the ribbon had an oily, oily, combustible smell. It wasn't very strong because I couldn't smell it on the wrappers, but it was enough to make me seriously wonder what kind of chemical I might have gotten my hands on while using the tape. I would feel better using it on a decoration that lets a lot of air through, like a wreath on a covered porch (I don't think it could be used entirely outside when it's raining). I don't want it to be too close to my fireplace. It's not uncommon for jute-based products to smell like this - I've smelled the same smell of twine used for hay bales, but you don't use twine in your home and you usually wear gloves. do such a job. I think decorative tape could be made without this chemical situation. So the oil wasn't the deciding factor - my bags look really great and I think they're already sold out - but I'll probably check out a different tape in the future. Second, I didn't measure the length of the rolls of tape, but it seemed to me that they were a bit shorter than I expected, but that might be an error on my part - perhaps due to the stiffer material the tape moving less. long gone? However, if you plan on using this product I think its value is totally worth the price but note that you might want to plan that this is one of those bands that requires you to buy more than you thought. d is required.
