The quality seems to be normal, but too small.

The quality of the wheel matches the price. but that is not enough. It is advertised for ages 12-36 months and was too small for my 18 month old baby. You can hardly adjust the balance wheel to keep track of infant/toddler growth. Wouldn't recommend it.
