This bottle saved my life! One day I went to the zoo and it was very hot. I didn't want to lug a bottle around, but we spent hours at the zoo. When we got back to the car it was stuffy inside. I gave my girlfriend my hip flask which was on the passenger seat and she wouldn't drink because she thought she had been in the car too long and the water was hot. To her surprise it was cold. I filled it with cold chilled water, drove an hour and a half to the zoo, stopped at the zoo for at least 2 hours and returned to the hot water machine at this lovely restaurant. This will keep your liquids cold for most of a day, depending on how cold the water is when you pour it. I always add water and drink it throughout the day. I suggest taking a sponge or soft brush to clean the inside but overall it's easy to clean. If you're the type who likes to carry water with you at all times, whether you're lazy around the house, going for a nice walk, hiking, relaxing, going to the gym or need something for your bag, then this one is definitely worth every penny .
