Good head support on my review.
I put this in our Graco car seat for my newborn because the support it came with was flat and did nothing to keep his head from slumping over. This held his head upright until he was able to do so himself. Because it’s soft and padded I wouldn’t use it without a backseat mirror.

- The pillow might not provide enough support for infants with certain medical conditions
