Initially I loved this spray mop. Worked great. Go to week 5. I used once a week. So on the fifth use, my water bottle was empty in approx 8 minutes. It started leaking from the bottom of the stick onto the plate. My floors are left soaked. So I had to toss this spray mop. Hopefully my soaked hardwood floors will be ok. Hardwood floors are not supposed to get a lot of water. And of course the window to return is gone. I am starting to not want to order online anymore and I would rather buy items at a local store. You should not have to use an item for 5 weeks and then have to buy another item. Should get a refund but can't.Update: The seller agreed to send me another spray broom. I am hoping I just received a bad one the first time.
