I recently bought a new carbon frame bike. I quickly realized that to make any adjustments (seatpost etc) I would need a torque wrench to avoid damaging the frame. After looking at many offers for this type of product, I decided to give this one a try. hard-to-reach places. This torque is suitable for many components that require maintenance or adjustment. In addition, this wrench will run freely at the set torque and will not just make a click, reducing the likelihood of over-torque wrench is accuracy. This product comes with a custom calibration data sheet that gives an idea of its accuracy over multiple torque ranges. I've tested it with a fixed wrench at a torque that I find to be accurate and good by comparison, but it hasn't been every "official" calibration. If you're using this like me, you'll need to find a 1/4" socket to hex bit adapter. Ace Hardware has a "bit adapter" that works great.
