Review on Farsler 25 Inch Aluminum Alloy Baseball Bat - Enhanced for Home Defense and Personal Self-Defense by Steven Chiumento

LOL thickened? no

So this is a lightweight racquet with a plastic cap. If you're buying for self-defense, just note that an attack by a specific person or more than one person will not stop it. They will hurt a lot on the first hit IF you hit right, but if I had to guess she would collapse after that. I wouldn't hit baseball with that thing, that's for sure. Baseball will win. So no, it's not "thick," and you're probably better off getting a little league baseball or softball bat that can actually take multiple hits against hard objects (including skulls). This thing looks good, but it's too easy to stop most fights with individuals who would bother attacking someone they've seen already holding a bat.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Low maintenance
