This is a beautiful bat. Problems: 1.) Too small. 2.) Too bright. it's too easy, maybe normal for older people in their 90's or 100's.

LOVE! For those unable to wield a weapon due to silly life choices, this bat is the perfect alternate defense weapon! Hit a tree with it to check it out and the only damage was scratches! Definitely recommend!

Definitely not for home protection. It was very light and seemed like it would go in if you hit someone with it, but if you hit it multiple times it would break. However, the return was hassle-free, hence the rating is 2 stars, not 1 star.

Lightweight baseball bat for beginners. It looks and feels solid because it's made of aluminum. The kids will love it. It's 25 inches long but lightweight for its size. You can dent or scratch it, but you can't break it.

I grew up in Italy so I hang baseball bats around the house in case of a home invasion or something (Italian mentality of my crazy family of -because I grew up in a rough neighborhood lol). These bats are really perfect for that! They are very light and smaller than the average baseball bat, making them easier to place in small areas. Excellent value for money and quality!

Exactly what I was looking for. I was looking for something to keep at home as a self defense tool for quick access and this is perfect. It's lightweight so it's easy to manoeuvre, and its 24 inch size makes it easy to hide around our home yet have quick access when needed. The grip is comfortable and the bit is solid for its size. Highly recommended.

So this is a lightweight racquet with a plastic cap. If you're buying for self-defense, just note that an attack by a specific person or more than one person will not stop it. They will hurt a lot on the first hit IF you hit right, but if I had to guess she would collapse after that. I wouldn't hit baseball with that thing, that's for sure. Baseball will win.
