Great product, you need the right type of cream
We've discovered (at altitude in Mexico) that some brands of cream whip wonderfully, but if the cream is not high enough fat content - this product won't fix it. Instead you'll just get the same liquid cream squirted at high velocity. Yes, the kitchen clean-up took work!But overall it's a great product - just don't expect it to whip any type of cream that struggles in normal conditions (e.g with a hand electric whisk).
