Rugs are stylish and comfortable. The cushioning is particularly good when walking barefoot, but also provides noticeable cushioning in shoes. The surface is easy to wipe clean and keeps the appearance of a new one. It took a day or two for the curls to straighten out after delivery and for the new rubber smell to dissipate. The non-slip backing is not very slippery when you are not standing on the mat. When you stand on the mats they don't slip, but when I step on or off they move slightly across the floor. Because of this, they are fairly easy to remove (upgrade after 2 months of use). The finish is poorly tested and the coloring is peeling off. Like an old tractor or ATV seat left in the sun for a long time (subject to review of replacement mats offered by manufacturer after this review is published).
