Died less than 3 months ago and their support sucks. I've dealt with them in the past, it looks like the same thing is happening. Thought they had already changed. I have language problems and like last time they don't have the skills for it. So it looks like I'm unlucky and will have to buy another one. Another disadvantage of this model is that it wastes more than one pocket, is not suitable for narrow pockets and seems fragile. Looks like the sensor button is broken. The most difficult version I had to close or suck. Like I have to perform a magic dance and close my mouth for it to work. Piny in relation to the width of the pouch and how you hold and feed it.
