I am amazed at how well the product is made, just magically!
I bought it to replace the dead RP-HJE180, which lasted more than 3-4 years. Great headphones. I love off center ears. They are called ERGO - ergonomic. The sound suits me just fine. Since these are "plugs", it is a pleasure to ride with them in public transport. I'm nitpicking of course BUT: due to the "bulging" shape, when you walk down the street, you can hear the wind.
