We put on a muzzle and our dog loves it! Keeps her ears warm. Also helps keep water out when it rains, which our dog Suki hates passionately. We ended up getting a big one because of her big head and also because the size M from the reviews I read said it could be a bit small. So, to be on the safe side, we took the large, which turned out to be a bit too big for our Suki. So if she walks a lot or shakes, she's either moving behind her ears or across her face. Her ears are cropped (she was what the breeder made her), so there's nothing stopping her from moving. Maybe a washer and dryer would help haha. But we love it and it makes her so cute!
