Review on Efficient 12V Submersible Water Pump: Enjoydeal Aluminum Diesel Fuel Transfer Pump - 38mm Diameter, Ideal for Water, Oil, Diesel Fuel Refueling by Matthew Wheeler

I use this pump to pump water out of a bucket that I use to collect R/O (brine) effluent so I can use that water to water my garden. With a 12V output from my battery it draws about 13W (just over 1A) and pumps water much faster than traditional battery powered pumps. The pump is quite suitable for this specific purpose. However, I have a few complaints about this particular item: 1. The outlet tube size was not documented and the hose was not included. The correct pipe size for this is 1/2" ID x 5/8" OD. You may be able to find other tube sizes if they are the same diameter, but this particular diameter is suitable for the sting exit.2. The terminals attached to the power input wires are simply crimped without soldering. The metal crimp itself is quite loose and the wires just fall out with a simple pull. This can definitely be done better, otherwise it is quite possible that they will weaken a bit and short-circuit. The pump doesn't have an auto-stop feature, meaning it's easy to overfill a container if you're not careful. In the description is a picture with a hose connected to the machine. This seems quite dangerous as you can easily overfill the tank and the gasoline will ruin your exterior paint or worse, start a fire if the gasoline fumes ignite after spilling.
