I was excited to try this monitor with my 4K laptop. Looks great and at first I was impressed with the quality of the image and the sharpness of the text in Word and Excel. until I started writing. I'm typing cleanly, but every keystroke made the monitor shake wildly. Even a slight movement of the mouse with your hand made it swing! I've tried positioning it on a couple of large books, a stack of printer paper, any number of items in combination, but it still rocked back and forth like a seesaw. Unfortunately, the beautiful design of the base does not have to have been tested for this question - I've been an enthusiastic writer for decades and have never had a monitor wobble. Already returned for a refund.
