Depends on how you use it (updated)

I was very surprised when I received a message today that my purchase will be refunded. I didn't ask or expect this and I'm sorry that the seller thought I was dissatisfied with the product. This prompted me to clarify a few things in my original review. As I said, I bought it to use on the armrest of a chair. It's not ideal for that, but if you use it in bed, on the couch, or even on your leg, it'll probably work just fine. So three stars for me, but maybe five stars for you. Our laser mouse doesn't work on smooth surfaces, so it's not ideal for us, but your mouse might like it better. Turns out the plain white shipping label I stuck on above isn't perfect either, because our mouse needs some "texture" to detect movement. I printed a new label with fine shading and it works great. Again, your results may be better than ours. Bottom line, the provider is clearly interested in meeting the needs of customers at the highest level. Maybe they'll make a few design changes to make it perfect for everyone. ---Original---I bought this for my wife to use on the armrest of the chair. The arm width is about 4 inches. The rattle is quite full so it sits too high on the hand. It would be better if there was an unstuffed section in the middle so it could sit lower on the arm. The worst is the black finish. Your laser mouse didn't work at all. I had to stick a white label at the very top of the sheet for the mouse to track. We tried just laying the mouse pad on it, but that made it even bigger. Overall it's better than watching her try to balance the mouse on just her arm, but I'm still searching for the perfect solution.
