We received this 'loony' a few days ago and since that day it has only increased our anxiety. It won't twist and turn in high winds, light breezes or whatever! This thing doesn't work. In order not to annoy myself, I bought another one from another company. This one will inevitably spin in mid-air as one of us despairs of abandoning it.
