Now I can call my mom and talk to her!
I bought this for my mother for Christmas. She couldn't hear anything on the house phone. She checked the caller ID to see who was calling and then used her cell phone to call them back to hear them. Now she can actually answer the phone. When people without hearing impairments answer the phone, it's a normal phone. But when a hearing impaired person answers, they press the "Amplify" button and they hear! Now I can actually call my mom to talk to her instead of texting her. Very satisfied so far!
