Impressed with the sound quality

I bought this for my 89 year old relatives and they love it. I tested it before giving it to them and was impressed with the sound quality.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • No form required

You need TWO to work.

The phone works fine but I'd rather know BEFORE I buy it for my people that they need a second phone like this to make it work. You had to buy another one. Made me feel bad.

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • Appearance

Mom can see and hear it

If my mom can see and hear it, that's all that matters. This is probably the best phone system for the elderly today. trust me i know. I've tried three different other brands and they were terrible. It also has a really wide range inside and out.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • A little torn

Not suitable for office electronics

Remember that you have to press the volume up button every time. That's a little more than your average cordless phone. You need a telephone socket. Mom has severe macular degeneration and is quite deaf. So it's basically useless unless it's hands-free. There are too many buttons for her and she doesn't hold a charge. If I could bring it back I would

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Not bad, but...

Now I can call my mom and talk to her!

I bought this for my mother for Christmas. She couldn't hear anything on the house phone. She checked the caller ID to see who was calling and then used her cell phone to call them back to hear them. Now she can actually answer the phone. When people without hearing impairments answer the phone, it's a normal phone. But when a hearing impaired person answers, they press the "Amplify" button and they hear! Now I can actually call my mom to talk to her instead of texting her. Very satisfied so…

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Some imperfections

Change product properties

Bought 2 phones. The audio on the two phones differed in that one was louder and clearer than the other when the mode was set to the same. I think the design would have benefited if the sound couldn't have been accidentally altered by someone older. This actually happened, which makes these phones no different from regular cordless phones, which is a shame as they work well in mode. product user. They work well enough. It would be a hassle to replace these phones now.

Pros
  • Finally bought
Cons
  • Long wait
