I bought this for my 89 year old relatives and they love it. I tested it before giving it to them and was impressed with the sound quality.

The phone works fine but I'd rather know BEFORE I buy it for my people that they need a second phone like this to make it work. You had to buy another one. Made me feel bad.

Bought 2 phones. The audio on the two phones differed in that one was louder and clearer than the other when the mode was set to the same. I think the design would have benefited if the sound couldn't have been accidentally altered by someone older.
