Excellent Customer Service and Flexible Product

The ease in which one can access information regarding incidents as well as track progress for each case is what I like best about this product; however it would be nice if some features were more intuitive/easy (such as integrating different tools). Also there's not much documentation available online yet so i had no idea how most things work until after purchasing the software - but other than these two issues everything was fine! We're able to use our own dashboards instead of going through an outsourced vendor who may or maynot have their hands tied by contracts they must follow.
