Excellent Customer Service and Flexible Product

The ease in which one can access information regarding incidents as well as track progress for each case is what I like best about this product; however it would be nice if some features were more intuitive/easy (such as integrating different tools). Also there's not much documentation available online yet so i had no idea how most things work until after purchasing the software - but other than these two issues everything was fine! We're able to use our own dashboards instead of going through…

Great Platform For A Security Incident

The D3 platform is very easy to use, and it has all the tools you need to handle a security incident. The reporting is also very easy to use. I had a very hard time finding a tool that could handle the amount of data that I was receiving from a security incident. D3 was able to handle it. The support team is also very helpful, and I was able to solve my problems quickly. I would recommend D3 to other companies that are looking for a good security incident management tool.
