I really appreciate root touch ups between colors as they are a quick and easy way to extend the life of a color. I've tried root sprays but they often give me a real headache, although I like the results. This root powder covers my hair well but requires significant effort to ensure it doesn't go beyond my hairline or part way through. Dark brown - medium warm brown. The large tip makes accuracy difficult. In the beginning it took a lot of tapping to get the powder out of the top sponge. Once he comes out, he releases more powder. So far I like the foundation powder. Suggestions for improvement: The sponge applicator is not as comfortable as I would like. It can go past my hairline and into my part. The other applicator top will be appreciated.
