The sales team at CMAMayer has been very helpful to me throughout my purchase of our new system. They always had answers when I needed them! There have also been several other employees that assisted us as well during this time period which made for an excellent experience overall. Our IT department would sometimes seem uncooperative or not understand what we were trying accomplish by asking questions they didn't know how to answer (such as installing Sharepoint online). This did lead into some frustration from myself regarding those instances but it seems their training wasn't quite up-to date so there's nothing you can do about that unfortunately. Also be prepared for long hours spent working through problems while waiting for your support rep/solution consultant to come back on line after having lunch. We are using cloud file storage instead of traditional File Shares within Active Directory environments. It allows all staff access without being tied down to specific computers like before I like the fact that Cherbonnier, Mayer & Associates, Inc. is very knowledgeable and professional. They are very easy to work with and are always willing to help. I have never had a bad experience with Cherbonnier, Mayer & Associates, Inc. I would highly recommend them.
