Only had to use one of these which I have on my keychain. I was first on the wrong track at the scene of a terrible accident. The driver and passenger are stuck in the car. The doors didn't open easily (on the driver's side) so I pulled out the keys and used this tool to open the window. This shattered the tempered glass instantly and I chopped off the excess with a flashlight before using a knife to cut away the airbags. The woman survived, and she was incredibly pleased to see me face to face and know that she had a way out and wasn't stuck. We waited a bit, then paramedics arrived who were able to give everyone the help they needed. It was a real scenario and this product worked. Absolutely to recommend.
