On the Saturn you can easily change this with just a 10mm socket wrench without dismantling the door. Simply remove the small black triangular piece on the inside of the wing mirror. The screws and electrical connector are right here. Undo the screws and end cap and you're in (note that a small piece of foam may need to be removed to act as a silencer).
