DMT makes the best Diamond Sharpening Stones

I really love sharpening my knives on this one. The blue gradient / red fine is actually more of a medium and a medium fine. If I could go back I would try to get black (extra natural) and red (excellent). The base works well and sticks to the table even when the table is covered in sharpening water. (Put the base in the table and move it around a bit. This particular stone with holes in between the diamond impregnated steel is better for large knives and not as good for honing guide chisels. A continuous zone of diamond can be good for fine chisels, but they are more difficult to sharpen real quick. After buying my first DMT stone I bought 3 more and a portable and never went back to Indian stones or Alumina etc.

Pros
  • Sharpening Stones
Cons
  • Long Delivery Time
