I bought it a few days before going to some national parks. The design of the bag is made of inferior material. Well I haven't had any leaks or ruptures, I'm still skeptical how this will hold up with extended use. The bag kept my water cool enough during my desert treks. At $8 it was a valuable product. If I needed to buy a reservoir quickly and only need it for a short period of time, I would recommend this product. I know that many complain about the taste. I poured water in it as soon as I got it and I drank it and it tastes awful. I expected that. I filled it with warm soapy water and let it sit overnight. This got the job done for me. If that didn't work, I planned on adding cold water with cucumber and lime and letting it sit overnight.
