The soft rectangular shape of these amber glass bottles is beautiful. That's the only reason I decided to order them. I usually order your typical cylindrical amber glass bottles. There's nothing wrong with them, but I definitely like them better. Their square base means they are much stronger. They are very well done. My proof is in the package. They arrived safely, despite the fact that they rumbled as they crashed into each other. While the manufacturer offers a foam base with separate bottle cutouts, there's nothing on top. This means that one would have to believe that the box would never turn in any direction, that it would always stay up. Perhaps the manufacturer figured that a bag of sprayers, a mini-funnel, a dosing cup, and a brush along with a sheet of labels would be enough to keep the bottles nested one inside the other. It is not. I'm not a fan of over-packaging. I have had many glass items shipped without the foam/plastic, using the original cardboard method instead. It would be great if this manufacturer thought about it for the future. The labels provided are cute but look silly on these bottles because they have to run the full length of the bottle. A label that would be more appropriate in shape and size would make more sense. However, they are suitable for personal use or for use on different bottles. Luckily I didn't order this because of the pretty sheet of labels. Overall, I'm very happy I decided to order them. I make many of my own natural products for personal use, farm use, and for sale, and I'm always looking for ways to improve my line.
