One star I bought this car for my daughter not only for the driveability but also for the ease of maintenance. It turns out that each service item is manually populated into the application for each recommended service case. When reviewing my purchase process and making a decision, this manual input process is not reflected in the marketing materials. So beware, but when I spoke to customer service, the injury is even worse. Obviously they know this is a problem. They blamed this directly on the lack of clear maintenance instructions from the manufacturers (which are published in every owner's manual and can be downloaded based on the VIN that the user has to upload to the app). I was alone when I wanted to use this feature. It wasn't until I mentioned the cancellation that they offered to upload the service requirements. So ok, I understand. but their answers were too quick. I genuinely feel like I'm being played.
