First of all, the gooseneck of the charger is very stiff and strong. My phone was a bit off while installing it, so I tried to set it up. Unfortunately, the magnetic morning did not take place. I will return it as I had it less than an hour. Update: After my review, the seller tried to fix the problem. They sent a replacement which came very quickly. So far everything works great. A tip: make sure you have made all the adjustments before tightening the nut on the ball joint. Otherwise the little screw won't hold. So far, so good. The phone detaches from the magnet very well, it doesn't require too much force like many other mounts. Excellent customer service, very happy with their quick response. I will definitely contact them again should the need arise.
