I received one of these 10 inch Fire tablets last November. Got a Fintie silicone case for protection. hoping to find a stand that works as well as fire. I saw this one. If you have a 10 inch Fire tablet and need a stand, <b>THIS IS THE ONE THING YOU CAN GET</b> I think I would say the same. for all large tablets with a protective cover. Why am I saying this? 1) This stand is six inches wide to hold your tablet in a wide grip. 2) Almost seven and a half inches long. 4) The hem at the base is almost three-quarters of an inch and holds the fire perfectly with its casing. This also works with an 8 inch Poetic fire. TurtleSkin case (thicker), although it's overkill for that. Again, this is the tablet stand you need if your 10 inch Fire is wearing a case. ** Use a large cruciform cross when tightening the set screw - see pic #3 **
