I have quiet ones and they are pretty quiet although I'm pretty sure the only difference is that they spin slower. So they don't really move much air. I think that's a problem for a lot of "silent" fans. They also tend to move less air. I'd say it's probably a smarter buy than Noctua, especially if your printer runs on 24V and you don't want to hook up a buck converter. If you plan to use them as a hot-end fan replacement. although I wouldn't. Take high speed and even better 40x20 mm. Especially if you're using an all-metal hot end. Thermal creep is much easier to avoid with high airflow. However, they make excellent motherboard fans and stepper motor fans. I would say 4/5 as they all worked and got the job done, but I'll stress that their airflow is pretty anemic.
