Arrived on 06/08/21 fresh and undamaged with a best before date of 12/2022. Berko's Liquid Iron Supplement comes in 10 individual scoops containing 1.7 ounces of iron supplement. It's convenient to have a dose pre-measured for you in a separate scoop. Each scoop contains 32.1 mg of iron. The packaging provides additional facts and basic warnings, but no instructions. The manufacturer should provide basic information on the packaging, e.g. B. whether to be taken with food or alone, and possibly a recommendation on whether to mix with a drink or take it as is. The product has a strong flavor so I personally use a blend with cranberry juice as I can't taste the flavor alone. Even the juice has a noticeable metallic taste.
