They fall out of my ear easily. Luckily they don't break when hitting a hard surface. I find myself pushing it closer to my ear to hear it. People complain that they can't hear me well when I'm in public places, so the noise doesn't block out very well. The bad outweighs the good features like battery percentage display, case color change to a cool pink tint, etc. Currently looking for new headphones.
