I have purchased these cartridges several times from the same seller and have always been very satisfied with the quality of the ink and the durability of the reservoirs. This time I changed the magenta I still didn't get the magenta in what I printed so I used the contact seller button on the order page and left a message asking me if they could help with the problem. Someone answered my email the next day and gave me some troubleshooting ideas but also offered to replace or refund me if I couldn't get it to work. Their second idea worked and it turned out that the problem was with my printer and not the ink cartridge.
