Yes I know it's very cheap and I'll rate it anyway. The first pro - it works! Yes, even the remote control.- comes with a spare remote battery and mounting hardware (good performance).--it's bright enough for what I need it for.--it has LED protection but is quite thin mentioning it you think it's cheap? Cons-- Mods suck unless you want one for your backyard rave, acid party? - There is a slow fade that transitions between two colors. but then for some reason it ends up going into strobe mode. and it's still not slow enough. There is no way to control the blink rate. You can't just set your favorite color, you can shrug your shoulders. I lit them all, luckily for me there is a (ONE) mode that doesn't flash --- all lit. ---LEDs are NOT RGB. However, there are 4 sets of LEDs on different wires, red, green, yellow and blue. The brightness and brightness settings on the remote control are NOT PERMITTED, it doesn't get very dark. So the range between dark and light is small. I just leave it light. If I want the dimmer to work, the off button. -- The wires are very thin, especially with USB power. Also, there are no instructions on how long the timer runs or what the modes should do. no big deal i guess. There is an installation guide on one side.
