Just unpacked and very happy with it! Before I bought this I checked out a review on YouTube and was already pretty familiar with how to use it. Assembly was as easy as snapping the parts together. After that I noticed that they have a sticker with instructions for use on the side, so that was very helpful! All I had to do was pour water into the base, turn on the steam and hold the handle to heat, and it was ready to go! It is very light and easy to maneuver around furniture. I immediately noticed that it picks up difficult-to-clean items very easily, just by slowly walking across the area. No human power is required, this machine does everything by itself! Being 8 months pregnant, cleaning the house has become very tiring! I am sooooo happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend to anyone considering this product! Oh, and the vacuum cleaner works great too! Such a plus that you don't have to sweep first! I love that he lifts it up together!
