The ability to use our own branding within each backdrop as well having multiple options available such pricing models are very flexible which really helped us tailor this service specifically towards what was required by my clientele at time! Would like some additional integrations into back drop but not too much trouble if they came along so I would say have patience whilst working through these issues - there's nothing wrong necessarily just getting used tp them will help speed up process!! We needed something quick & simple (and budget friendly) solution where clients could see exactly how many tickets were left over after meeting etc without needing access via email/file shares ect.. I like how simple this system was compared what i have used before! It's so much easier than having multiple tabs up at once while trying not lose my place throughout meetings where there are many people involved!! The only thing about backdrop would probably need some work regarding colors/fonts but overall its great product. There isn't anything specific really dislike besides maybe adding different sections such as "To Do" vs In Progress? But otherwise everything has been amazing thus far. !
