I love these they have great resistance and they have these interwoven fibers that keep them from getting worn out quick. I’ve been using them at home since I got them months ago and they’re awesome! I’m so glad I purchased them. I mostly do hip abduction workouts and fire hydrants to keep the resistance. I use my bands that aren’t as tight from other brands from Walmart for like backwards lunges because I don’t want to wear these ones out. Great for glute home workouts. Plus it comes with a towel and of course the pouch to put them back in. Overall ever item is of great quality! This is a bargain compared to Instagram brands.
