the rest is generally great. Plastic seals worked well too

I bought these to bottle limoncello which I made - just what I wanted. On some, the cork can be a little tight, so keep an eye on that, otherwise everything is fine. Plastic seals worked well too, I've tried both the water method and the heat gun method, I recommend the 2nd method.
