Flashes black when playing videos
I was hopeful at first because after installing between computer and 4k TV I was able to set the output to 4k with 7.1 sound. Unfortunately, as soon as I tried to play a video through the device, the video started flashing black and the audio cut out about every 5 seconds. This happened on both HDMI outputs. I think my example doesn't work, and as far as I can tell from the manufacturer's site, there is no firmware update.
