This is good quality human hair. They are incredibly soft and won't tangle when you run your hands through them (see my head so I need two packs but I ordered three because I want huge hair. I made the mistake of closing them order BEFORE i dyed my hair as i did go back and order her blonde they said they would exchange or refund no questions asked (until hair was pulled out of security tie) but i would have can keep both for a strong multi tone effect.Update: I received all 4 packs (2 caramel browns, 2 balayage blondes) and 2 packs were A LOT for a super complete look.So happy with the results!
