FALSE ADVERTISING: Clamping voltage 400-500V not 330V

I decided on this surge protector after a long search for reviews and product information. I chose this one because it advertises high joules and good clamping voltage (330V). In case you don't know, a surge protector must have a clamping voltage of 400V or less or it will only protect your device from the largest surges. After receiving the four surge protectors I purchased, I checked the label that said "VOLTAGE PROTECTION RATED: LN 400V, LG 500V, NG 500V" as shown in the attached image. I have contacted support regarding this and they have admitted that yes the information on the stamp is correct which means the clamping voltages are actually 400-500v instead of the 330v they repeatedly advertise on multiple websites and it gives a surge protector on the box. told me they would fix the ad asap and refund my order so at least they were accommodating. I wanted to get a warning so people don't get into the same situation I did, or worse, think their high-end devices are more secure than they actually are.
