Review on 🐾 Medium Weight Rust-Proof Vinyl Coated Tie-Out Cable for Dogs by Four Paws by Amanda Johnston

What I Need in Learning and Behavior Manuals

I bought this because I live in an apartment building with a shared back yard and no fence. I have a chow/retriever mix that weighs about 35 pounds and I thought it would be good for her. Advantages 1. A spring is built in at one end. When my dog pulls on it, it makes it hop instead of choking it. 2. Appears to be of solid construction. The different parts feel solid and the cable is heavy enough to feel secure but not so heavy that it weighs the dog down. 30 feet as advertised is more than enough for a puppy. Disadvantages1. Not yet, but I'll update my review if anything goes wrong. In general I am satisfied with the purchase. I haven't had it that long, but this thing has been through some weird, nasty weather in Ohio this winter, so I'll know if features like rust protection work soon. He keeps the dog close to her and doesn't choke her. I can't confirm the longevity of the product yet, but I'll update again if anything goes wrong!
